Return Policy

Fawn's Return Policy:

Please contact Fawn's before returning any product!

Please include an explanation of what you are returning and why.

All returned Items are subject to a flat 10% restocking fee.

Fawn's accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days after receipt of delivery. 

Fawn's offers refund or exchange services for the following:

• Products with manufacturer defects.
• Products delivered in the incorrect model, color, size, etc,.

Refunds or exchanges on products will only be processed after Fawn's has received the returned item.

Fawn's also offers returns on any products which meet all of the following requirements:

• Unused.
• Returned in original packaging.
• Returned with all original tags still attached and undamaged.

The person returning the product assumes the responsibility for paying all return shipping costs and duties.

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged by customer negligence.
• Products damaged by harsh or caustic chemicals.
• Products rendered unusable by normal use in intended use settings.
• Products provided by any other retailer, even if the product is similar to one available through Fawn's.
